Scale: Dam crest length 280m, maximum height 15m, total anti-seepage area 5,200㎡ (covers dam body, spillway and reservoir bottom)

Excellent Terrain Adaptability: With high tensile strength (≥30MPa) and ultra-high elongation at break (≥750%), it can closely fit the irregular surface of the dam body and adapt to slight foundation settlement without cracking.

Weather Resistance for Philippine Climate: Optimized UV-resistant formula, can withstand the strong ultraviolet radiation in the Philippines, and has good resistance to high temperature (up to 60℃) and humidity, with a service life of more than 35 years.

Customizable & Reliable Construction: We provide customized services for thickness (1.5-4.0mm) and width according to the dam's height, slope and water pressure. The hot-melt welding technology ensures that the weld seam strength is higher than the base material, with strong overall stability.

Key Construction Process

1. Dam Surface Treatment: Repair the cracks and potholes of the old dam body, level the slope and reservoir bottom, remove sharp objects (rocks, tree roots, steel bars), and compact the soil to ensure the base surface is flat and firm.

2. Protective Layer Laying: Lay a 8cm thick geotextile protective layer on the treated dam surface to avoid the geomembrane being punctured by sharp objects under the action of water pressure.

3. Geomembrane Laying & Welding: Lay the customized HDPE geomembrane from the bottom of the reservoir to the top of the dam, with an overlap width of ≥25cm. Use automatic double-track welding machines for large-area welding, and manual welding guns for edge corners and special parts. Conduct air pressure tests on weld seams one by one.

4. Quality Inspection & Acceptance: Conduct full-area leak detection (vacuum box method + water filling test) after construction. The anti-seepage qualification rate reaches 100%, and it passes the acceptance of the Philippine Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

After 18 months of operation, the dam's water seepage rate is less than 1%, the water storage capacity is increased by 45%, which effectively ensures the irrigation needs of 2,000 mu of farmland nearby.
